Motorhome RV

There are three types of Motorhomes, the Class A, Class B and Class C motorhome. The Class A motorhome is characterized by having a bus-style shape and chassis. The Class B Motorhomes has a modified van body and provides the basic travel needs in a compact space. It can also be used a a second car for families. The Class C Motorhome is built on a cutaway chassis and complete with a manufactured cab. It is easily recognized by it's bed-over-cab design and are almost always gas powered.

Fifthwheel RV

For people who wish to maximize their living space the fifthwheel trailer category is the place to look. Fifthwheel RVs have definitely become the RV of choice for most full-time RV enthusiasts.

Fifthwheel RV models are available with a large range of typical RV appliances such as a built-in washer and dryer, washroooms, sinks and so forth. Slide-out room extensions are common with larger high-end fifthwheel RV models.

Truck Camper RV

People who currently own a pickup truck can do well by adding a camper to their vehicle. The truck camper truly offers unique and interesting possibilities to the new and budding RV enthusiast.

The camper and truck are separate units and offer obvious advantages. The camper side of the truck can be set up on its own jacks while leaving the truck for it's own separate use. The combination of the truck and camper in a truck camper makes an excellent second car.

Travel Trailer RV

Travel Trailers in the under-4000-pound category range in size from the compact 13-foot trailer models up to those measuring approximately 22 feet. The larger travel trailer units are suitable for extended use, while the smaller units make great weekenders.

The larger travel trailer models in this size class require one to take serious considerations of the vehicle that will be towing it. There plenty of vehicles that can tow the travel trailer but the tow vehicle must be selected with the total weight of the trvel trailer in mind.

Tent Trailer RV

The tent trailer is one of the inexpesive RV types that offers plenty of sleeping room. The tent trailer usually houses a pair of double beds with a dinette that can convert into a double bed as well in most models. Tent trailers are also relatively inexpensive to buy and store quite easily. Most tent trailers can be towed by most cars or downsized SUVs.

Park Model RV

For those who want to go RVing and like to spend their summer days and nights at their favorite campground or for those who prefer to head South during the cold winter season, the park model is a convenient alternative to long-term or seasonal camping.

When set, park model trailers can connect to utilities which are necessary for operation of installed fixtures and appliances. The park model RV is built on a single chassis which is mounted on wheels.
